6. Payment Terms

Our payment terms are as follows:

• A 50% advance payment is required before the start of any project
• The remaining 50% is due upon project completion or delivery
• All payments are non-refundable once work has commenced
• Invoices are payable within 15 days of the invoice date
• We reserve the right to suspend services for overdue payments

7. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Cancellations made more than 24 hours before a scheduled session are fully refundable
• Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a fee
• Project-based services are subject to a cancellation fee based on work already completed
• Retainer agreements may be cancelled with 30 days' notice

8. Limitation of Liability

Animagix Media is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or Site. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the specific service in question.

9. Disclaimer

Our services are provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. While we strive for excellence, we do not guarantee specific results or outcomes from our services.
